Enchanting hotel. Furnished with incredible taste and attention to every detail. Breathtaking view, very beautiful rooms. Heated floors in the bathrooms. Super soft bathrobes. SPA, sauna and Turkish bath are carefully curated. The heated outdoor pool is really beautiful. Strategic location near the ski lifts. Excellent, varied and refined food, staff attentive to allergies and always ready to listen and help you with kindness and professionalism. Rich breakfast buffet. We've been coming here for 4 years and can't wait to return. A unique place to relax and feel pampered.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in this marvel for 9 days, with a breathtaking view of the Sciliar, a more than positive experience starting from the cleanliness, food and friendliness. Strategically located for various trips, friendly staff always available for every single request, always smiling, special praise to Edlina and the bartenders, but obviously to everyone who is always very nice, spreading smiles to all. The rooms are really comfortable with a spectacular view. I can only say that we will be back. Thank you Valentinerhof.

We stayed one night with a gift voucher (so I can't comment on the price). The hotel is very beautiful and modern, with a unique lobby leading to the restaurant. The room assigned to us was beautiful with a very large terrace enhanced by a stunning view. The only downside I found was a somewhat hard mattress and the absence of a kettle. Nice bathroom with pleasant warmth from the heated floor. Good breakfast and dinner. The food was well presented (rich salad buffet for dinner and sweet-savory options for breakfast). The wellness area is not large but nice, with two types of sauna (Finnish and bio) and a Turkish bath. The indoor pool was less heated than expected, while the outdoor one was a bit warmer (but still not very hot). The tea corner is very limited, there's not much to eat or drink except herbal teas. Overall, the staff is very friendly and kind, especially in the F&B department.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and clean with fantastic staff. Delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. Meals on the outdoor terrace allow you to fully enjoy the breathtaking view, and in an excellent location with a bus stop right outside. Hiking suggestions provided every day. We hope to return.

I stayed 2 nights in August, the hotel is very beautiful, the room: we chose PANORAMA, very beautiful with a large terrace and a stunning view. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, the food was good and well presented. The only downside I found was a somewhat hard mattress! Overall everything was fine, I would definitely recommend it.

5 days of pure relaxation. Spectacular view of the Sciliar, exceptional spa and pool. Gourmet restaurant with balanced and delicious dishes. Super breakfast for all tastes. Very clean room with comfortable mattress and quality topper. Attentive and very kind staff. It was a treat for the eyes and body. I highly recommend the experience at this hotel!
