Meals on the outdoor terrace allow you to fully enjoy the breathtaking view, and in an excellent location with a bus stop right outside. Hiking suggestions provided every day. We hope to return.

Up to 60 days before arrival: 0%. From 59th to 21st day: 30% (retain deposit). From 20th to 7th day: 75%. From 6th day or no-show: 95%. Cancellations only valid in writing.
Your room will be ready from 2:00 PM. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 AM.
Our Vita Vital wellness area is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The sauna facilities are available from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Bathrobes and towels are provided in your room.
The bus stop is right in front of our hotel. A shuttle bus takes you to the cable car valley station or directly to Seiser Alm. There is plenty of parking at the valley station.
We offer a pet-free holiday. This allows guests with animal hair allergies or fear of dogs to enjoy a stress-free stay.
Upon request, we gladly prepare allergy-friendly dishes. Please let us know your special requirements at the time of booking and we will take care of everything.
